We serve many patients that have specific language needs. Our translators help at clinics with reception, spiritual care, and medical translation during the medical appointments. Outside of clinic hours, translators are needed to assist with patient scheduling and translation of patient materials.
Medical receptionists at PSCC clinic sites facilitate a positive experience for everyone. They set-up the reception area prior to the start of the clinic, greet patients, collect donations, ensure that patient paperwork is completed correctly, enter new patient information into our EHR program, answer phones, schedule follow-up appointments, and more. Receptionist applicants should be organized, detailed oriented, friendly, work well with others, and possess basic computer skills.
Dental receptionist at PSCC clinic sites facilitate a positive experience for everyone. They greet and assist everyone who enters the dental waiting area, assist in patient scheduling, pray with patients and volunteers on request, establish and maintain excellent relationship and communication with patients and volunteers, assist in patient scheduling and more. Receptionist applicants should be organized, detailed oriented, friendly, work well with others, and possess basic computer skills.
- Periodically inspect the MMC for cleanliness and mechanical operation. Address any issues identified.
- Respond to driver complaints or suggestions regarding vehicle operation.
- Assist in getting the vehicle to and from the shop for maintenance and repair.
- A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is useful but not mandatory.
